This 4-hour Supported Scaffold course is designed to meet New York City Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) training requirements and provides essential instruction on the safe use of supported scaffolds on construction sites.

Successful completion of this course satisfies applicable NYC DOB Site Safety Training (SST) requirements.

CEU Requirements:

• Full course completion required for CEUs.
• All modules and assessments must be completed with 70% passing score.
• Attendance and participation are electronically tracked.
• Identity verification/proctoring
• CEUs and certificates issued upon successful completion.

Participants will learn to identify scaffold-related hazards and apply proper safety procedures in accordance with NYC Building Code and OSHA standards.

Topics include scaffold types and components, proper erection and dismantling practices, load capacities, fall protection, access requirements, and inspection procedures. Emphasis is placed on hazard recognition, safe work practices, and maintaining compliance on active job sites.
